Stawberries & Cream Ice Pops

Strawberries & Cream Ice Pops

Ingredients
  • 1 heaping cup frozen strawberries
  • 1.25 cups coconut milk base
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder or extract
  • Optional: thin strawberry slices for garnish
Coconut Base (makes 10 pops total)
  • 2 cans full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder or extract
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness.
  2. Pour into molds, add a strawberry slice if using.
  3. Insert sticks and freeze overnight or 6+ hours.
  4. Run molds under warm water to release. Serve & enjoy!
