Strawberries & Cream Ice Pops

Ingredients
- 1 heaping cup frozen strawberries
- 1.25 cups coconut milk base
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder or extract
- Optional: thin strawberry slices for garnish
Coconut Base (makes 10 pops total)
- 2 cans full-fat coconut milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder or extract
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness.
- Pour into molds, add a strawberry slice if using.
- Insert sticks and freeze overnight or 6+ hours.
- Run molds under warm water to release. Serve & enjoy!
