About Me

Everything shifted when I began regulating my nervous system, replenishing deficiencies, and removing stressors on every level. I didn’t just heal physically—I experienced transformation mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

And I want to help you do the same.

My love for holistic health began with nutrition, which led me to earn my certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Nutrition will always be my first love—I believe it’s powerful medicine—but I also know that true healing goes beyond what’s on your plate. It’s about how you sleep, move, breathe. It’s mindset, mineral balance, toxic load, circadian rhythm, and reconnecting to the body’s innate wisdom.

My experiences have called me to dive deeper into the mind-body connection. This path changed my life and led me to become an Integrative Health Practitioner. 

Today, I act as a health detective—helping you uncover root causes and guiding you through personalized healing that integrates nutrition, movement, stress management, orthomolecular medicine, and whole-body balance.

Wellness isn’t just something I teach—it’s something I live, breathe, and embody. Whether I’m deep in a podcast, reading up on functional health, or experimenting in the kitchen with hormone-friendly recipes, I’m endlessly curious and passionate about what helps us truly thrive.

Hi, I’m Jen — a New York-based Integrative Health Practitioner, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, wellness educator, and the voice behind The Nourished Shift.

Like so many women, my journey into holistic healing began with years of feeling unwell and more questions than answers. I struggled with a long list of chronic symptomsgut issues, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, adrenal fatigue, and most recently, chronic pain syndrome. Despite “normal” test results, I felt anything but.

Eventually, I discovered that all of my symptoms were deeply connected—with nervous system dysregulation at the root. As a Type A (ex)-perfectionist stuck in fight-or-flight, I had depleted my minerals, overloaded my stress response, and disconnected from my body’s natural rhythm. My body had been whispering for years—and chronic pain became its loudest cry for help.

When I’m not health coaching, you’ll usually find me chasing sunshine, hiking a scenic trail, or planning my next travel adventure. I’m a nature lover at heart who feels most at peace near the water or among the trees. I also love experimenting in the kitchen with nourishing recipes, getting lost in a good book, and soaking up quiet, cozy moments that restore my soul.
