Matcha & Pumpkin Seed Cycling Bites

These Matcha & Pumpkin Seed Cycling Bites are a delicious and functional snack specifically crafted to support women during their menstrual and follicular phases. They're soft, slightly sweet, and rolled in vibrant green matcha for a boost of calm energy and antioxidants. Think of them as a gentle, grounding treat that gives your body what it needs during the first half of your cycle.

Matcha provides clean, jitter-free energy thanks to its L-theanine content, which can help reduce stress and enhance mood—especially useful during the hormonal dips of menstruation. Meanwhile, pumpkin seeds offer zinc and magnesium to support ovarian function, cramp relief, and follicle development. Flax seeds bring fiber, omega-3s, and lignans that help detox excess estrogen and support overall hormone balance.

These bites are easy to make, freezer-friendly, and totally cycle-syncing approved. Keep them on hand for when you want something nourishing that also feels like a treat. Your hormones will thank you. 💚
