Mango Matcha Chia Pudding
Spring is here, and so are the vibrant flavors that come with it! This Mango Matcha Chia Pudding is the perfect balance of tropical sweetness and earthy calm. Juicy mango — now in season — brings a natural brightness and sunshine-y flavor that pairs beautifully with the creamy texture of chia pudding and the subtle lift of ceremonial-grade matcha. It’s like a tropical vacation in a jar... no airfare required ✈️🍵
Nourishing nutrition: Mango is not only delicious but also rich in antioxidants like vitamin C and beta-carotene — great for skin health, immunity, and that inner glow. Ceremonial-grade matcha, on the other hand, offers a gentler, more sustained energy than coffee, thanks to its natural L-theanine content. It supports focus without the crash and even gives your liver a little extra love with its chlorophyll-rich profile. Together, they make a dreamy duo for springtime vitality.
Whether you're looking for a light breakfast, a refreshing afternoon treat, or a nourishing snack between client calls or errands, this pudding delivers. It’s easy to prep, naturally sweetened, and layered with flavor, color, and calm energy. Brighten up your day with every spoonful — and maybe even sprinkle a little extra matcha magic on top 💚
