Mango Avocado Toast
This Mango & Avocado Toast is a vibrant twist on a classic — sweet, creamy, a little spicy, and full of nourishing goodness. It's one of those recipes that's simple enough for a busy morning but beautiful enough to impress at brunch. I love how the buttery avocado pairs with the juicy mango for a tropical bite that still feels grounding and satisfying.
You can keep it ultra simple by just mashing the avocado with a pinch of salt, or slice it for that layered, elegant look — either way works deliciously. I used a gluten-free, seeded sourdough from my favorite local bakeshop, but you can use any bread you love. The chia seeds add a subtle crunch and a nutrient boost, while the crushed red pepper and spicy micro greens (optional but highly recommended) give it just the right kick. Finish with flaky salt to bring all the flavors together, and you’ve got a toast worth slowing down for.
