Honey Baked Pears with Tahini Drizzle

Looking for a cozy, nourishing dessert that feels like an indulgence without the sugar crash? These Honey Baked Pears with Tahini Drizzle are exactly that. Made with simple, whole ingredients, this dreamy dish is gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free — and totally hormone-friendly!

Pears are rich in fiber to support digestion and liver detox (major wins for estrogen balance), while raw honey and Ceylon cinnamon add just the right touch of natural sweetness without spiking blood sugar. The creamy tahini drizzle brings a dose of healthy fats and minerals like magnesium and zinc, both essential for hormone production and stress resilience. Plus, the crunchy nuts on top add texture and even more hormone-supportive nutrients.

Whether you're serving it at a holiday gathering or cozying up on a chilly night, this dessert feels decadent but loves your body back. It’s a total win-win!
