🍓 Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop clean protein powder of choice (hemp, pea, or grass-fed)
  • 1 to 1¼ cups organic frozen strawberries (adjust based on desired thickness)
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
  • 1–2 Medjool dates, pitted and softened if needed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 tsp cacao nibs
  • 1 square dark chocolate (around 75% cacao), chopped

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients except the cacao nibs and chopped dark chocolate to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed for desired consistency.
  3. Pour into a glass and top with cacao nibs and chopped dark chocolate. Sip and enjoy!
